    “We had a wonderful, six night stay in Sedona recently. Joey was truly a super host in her speedy responsiveness to our many questions. She helped us with hiking and dining advice. She checked in several times to see how we were doing. She and her husband live below in a separate living space.

    The home was very private, comfy and had great views from the wrap around deck. It was in a beautiful scenic neighborhood with access to a number of trails. It was also close to everything in Sedona. We loved our stay.”

Joey’s b&b reminded us of home and had all of the amenities you could need and more. This spot is extremely peaceful, private and 100x better than staying at any hotel. FAQs

  • Yes! There are lots of local activities within a 5 minute drive of both locations. The Soldier Pass homes are closer to the “downtown” area where most restaurants are.

    My personal recommendations can be found here.

  • Both of these homes offer privacy from the other rental on property as well privacy from neighbors. The backyards are separate and the hot tubs are not shared. Parking is designated as well.

  • All of our homes are pet friendly. The only property that offers a fully fenced yard is the Soldiers Flat and all homes are wheelchair accessible except Soldiers Flat

  • We fall under the City of Sedona's rule of "no events allowed”. If you have questions regarding these policies, please contact us.
